You will take ownership of complex infrastructure and deployment initiatives, contribute to technical decisions, and help improve the scalability, reliability, security, and efficiency of our platforms.\nTHE WORK:\nDesign, deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.\n\nArchitect, implement, and optimize infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.\n\nDesign, develop, and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and automated software delivery.\n\nDrive automation of infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational workflows.\n\nMonitor and optimize infrastructure performance, availability, scalability, and reliability.\n\nInvestigate complex incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective solutions.\n\nDefine and apply security best practices across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, and deployment pipelines.\n\nCollaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams on technical design and DevOps improvements.\n\nProvide technical guidance to other engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.\n\nMaintain technical documentation and continuously improve infrastructure standards and DevOps practices.\n\nThe work location for this role is an ARHS Group, part of Accenture, office.\nOur roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with colleagues and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.\nHERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar role.\n\nAdvanced hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including cluster deployment, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.\n\nStrong expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code, including the design and maintenance of reusable infrastructure configurations.\n\nSolid experience with containers (Docker, Podman or similar) and containerized application environments.\n\nProven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.\n\nStrong knowledge of Linux systems, networking (outing, firewalls, VPN, DNS and TLS/certificates) and infrastructure operations.\n\nProficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages.\n\nSolid experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud or similar.\n\nGitOps and deployment tooling: experience with Argo CD or Flux, Helm and Kustomize.\n\nStateful workloads on Kubernetes: e.g. message brokers or databases, ideally run through operators.\nThe ability to analyse and document an existing setup and bring it step by step to a clean, reproducible state. \nGood understanding of infrastructure monitoring, logging, observability, secrets management and least-privilege access.\n\nWillingness to learn new platforms \"quickly\" next to the troubleshooting point.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage complex technical challenges.\n\nAbility to make technical recommendations, take ownership of infrastructure initiatives, and collaborate effectively across teams.\n\nBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:\nRed Hat OpenShift (operators, Routes, security context constraints).\nIBM Cloud (VPC, Kubernetes service, IAM).\nHands-on experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Keycloak or Istio.\nCertifications such as CKA/CKS, Red Hat EX280, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, or a cloud
