Working closely with the Program Manager and multidisciplinary teams, you will oversee project delivery from initiation to deployment, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder coordination, and successful implementation.\nTHE WORK:\nLead SAP S/4HANA projects end-to-end, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resources, and success criteria.\n\nCoordinate business, functional, technical, security, architecture, and external delivery teams.\n\nEstablish project governance, organize project meetings, workshops, and steering committees.\n\nMonitor project progress, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes, ensuring effective reporting and escalation.\n\nManage project deviations, propose corrective actions, and support decision-making.\n\nCoordinate testing activities, defect management, go/no-go decisions, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.\n\nEnsure the quality, completeness, traceability, and acceptance of project deliverables.\n\nCoordinate project documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and project closure.\n\nMaintain project plans, dashboards, risk registers, and decision logs using project management tools.\n\nOnsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration.\nOur roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities.
