You will develop and maintain SPFx components using React, business applications with Power Apps, and automated workflows with Power Automate, taking responsibility for solutions from technical design through deployment.\nTHE WORK:\nDesign, develop, and deploy SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions, including web parts, application customizers, and extensions using React and TypeScript.\n\nBuild and configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, content types, page layouts, and search, following governance and information architecture best practices.\n\nDevelop Power Apps canvas applications using Power Fx, connected to SharePoint.\n\nDesign and implement Power Automate cloud flows, including approvals, notifications, document processing, integrations through standard and custom connectors, and HTTP/Graph calls, with error handling.\n\nAutomate SharePoint provisioning and administration using PnP PowerShell and site templates.\n\nApply Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices, including solution packaging, Dev/Test/Prod environments, source control, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.\n\nTranslate business requirements into technical specifications, estimate development efforts, and contribute to solution design.\n\nPrepare technical documentation, perform code reviews, and support testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.\n\nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders within Agile/Scrum teams.\n\nOnsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration.\nOur roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities. SharePoint Online and/or Microsoft Power Platform.\n\nStrong experience in SPFx development, using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS, including the related toolchain (Node.js, npm, Gulp/Heft, Yeoman).\n\nSolid experience with Power Apps canvas applications, including Power Fx, delegation, component libraries, and performance tuning.\n\nSolid experience with Power Automate cloud flows, including triggers, expressions, connectors, approvals, child flows, error handling, and connection references.\n\nGood knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, permissions, and site provisioning.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint REST API.\n\nFamiliarity with Power Platform ALM, including solutions, environment variables, managed and unmanaged solutions, and pipelines.\n\nWorking knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.\n\nFluency in English is mandatory.\n\nKnowledge of French is considered a plus.\n\nBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:\nMicrosoft PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) certification.\n\nKnowledge of Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure AD / Entra ID app registrations.\n\nExperience with UI frameworks such as Fluent UI.\n\nAs part of our security and compliance procedures, candidates will be required to undergo a criminal background check
