You will combine technical expertise in test automation with testing methodologies and emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, working closely with business and IT stakeholders in an Agile environment.\nTHE WORK:\nTest Automation\nAnalyze business, functional, and technical requirements to identify relevant test automation scenarios.\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts in line with the test automation strategy and established best practices.\n\nImplement automated tests covering:\nFunctional and business processes, including data migration.\n\nTechnical integration, end-to-end testing, and APIs.\n\nSpecific testing needs such as performance and portability.\n\nEnsure the quality, coverage, reliability, maintainability, robustness, and cost-effectiveness of automated tests.\n\nSupport teams in maintaining and improving existing automated test suites, including addressing test automation technical debt.\n\nAI-Augmented Testing\nLeverage AI-powered tools to optimize testing activities, including:\nTest case generation.\n\nTest data generation.\n\nAutomated test script development.\n\nTest execution results analysis.\n\nEvaluate and integrate new AI-based testing solutions when relevant.\n\nContribute to the development and adoption of AI-Augmented Testing practices.\n\nQuality Assurance & Continuous Improvement\nContribute to the continuous improvement of test automation strategies and QA processes.\n\nSupport stakeholders in planning, estimating, and designing automated testing activities.\n\nAnalyze, document, and support the resolution of defects identified during testing.\n\nParticipate in requirements and specification reviews to improve testability and automation coverage.\n\nMaintain technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing on test automation practices.\n\nContribute to the improvement of QA and DevSecOps processes.\n\nContinuous Integration & Collaboration\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.\n\nSupport the monitoring and maintenance of automated test executions to ensure long-term reliability.\n\nParticipate in the analysis of incidents related to automated test campaigns.\n\nPromote testing best practices and support teams in adopting effective automation approaches.\n\nCollaborate with IT, business, architecture, security, and production teams to ensure the successful delivery of testing activities.\n\nOnsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration.\nOur roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities.
