Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure effective test coverage, manage quality risks, and support successful project delivery.\nThis is a cross-functional coordination role combining test management, operational expertise, and stakeholder collaboration, without direct line management responsibilities.\nTHE WORK:\nTest Strategy & Planning\nDefine and maintain project test strategies covering unit, integration, end-to-end, user acceptance, security, and performance testing.\n\nEstimate testing efforts and identify the necessary resources, tools, environments, and documentation.\n\nDevelop and maintain test schedules aligned with project milestones and stakeholder availability.\n\nEnsure alignment with established testing methodologies and quality standards.\n\nTest Coordination & Execution\nCoordinate the preparation, execution, and monitoring of manual and automated testing activities.\n\nIdentify quality risks and define mitigation plans in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.\n\nOversee test design and execution to ensure appropriate coverage and quality.\n\nCoordinate test prerequisites, including test data, environments, and testing tools.\n\nSupervise defect management activities, including qualification, prioritization, tracking, and resolution.\n\nCoordinate testing activities across business, development, infrastructure, architecture, and production teams.\n\nFacilitate testing campaigns and contribute to improving their efficiency.\n\nQuality Monitoring & Reporting\nDefine and monitor quality KPIs, including test coverage, execution progress, and defect metrics.\n\nPrepare clear testing status reports for project teams and management.\n\nProvide visibility on delivery quality, testing progress, risks, and outstanding issues.\n\nContribute to Go / No-Go decisions for production releases based on testing results and quality assessments.\n\nCollaboration & Continuous Improvement\nPromote testing best practices and support stakeholders in their adoption.\n\nFacilitate collaboration between IT, business, architecture, security, and production teams.\n\nHelp teams understand quality requirements and improve testing practices.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and project delivery quality.\n\nOnsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration.\nOur roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.\nHERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification (Bac+3 / Bac+5).\n\nMinimum 6 years of professional experience in software testing, including:\nAt least 3 years in Test Management or test coordination.\n\nAt least 3 years in test analysis or test execution.\n\nExperience working in complex environments involving multiple teams and projects.\n\nStrong knowledge of testing methodologies and frameworks such as ISTQB or TMap.\n\nGood understanding of Agile methodologies, project management, ITIL, and DevSecOps practices.\n\nExperience with test management tools and defect tracking processes.\n\nUnderstanding of test automation, CI/CD processes, and deployment pipelines.\n\nStrong expertise in test analysis, test planning, and quality assurance.\n\nAbility to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive testing activities without direct hierarchical authority.\n\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to explain quality-related topics to both technical and business audiences.\n\nAbility to identify, assess, and communicate risks and issues clearly.\n\nAbility to work effectively in demanding and changing project environments.\n\nFluency in French is mandatory, with a good command of professional English.\n\nBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:\nPrevious experience in the insurance sector, or within banking or financial services.\n\nKnowledge of AI technologies and practical experience using AI-powered tools.\n\nHands-on experience with testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, Playwright, Kapptivate, Jira, or
