Responsibilities\nProcess and review monthly payroll accurately and on time.\nManage all personnel activities, including employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.\nHandle social insurance, labor office procedures, and all government relations activities.\nAdminister employee rewards and benefits while supporting compensation-related processes.\nEnsure compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and internal HR policies.\nPrepare payroll, personnel, and HR reports as required.\nCoordinate with Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing.\nRespond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, personnel, and HR policies.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.\n3-6 years of experience in Personnel, Payroll, and HR Operations.\nProven experience in Rewards & Compensation, Personnel Administration, and Government Relations.\nPrevious HR experience supporting warehouse, factory, or logistics operations is a must.\n\nStrong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and payroll regulations.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/Payroll systems.\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.\nHigh level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to
