AI Engineer 2

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, fine-tune, and optimize NLP and LLM-based solutions.
• Build scalable AI/ML systems and production-ready applications.
• Work extensively with Transformer architectures and state-of-the-art language models.
• Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and improve accuracy through data-driven approaches.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver AI-powered features and products.
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code following software engineering best practices.
• Stay current with advancements in generative AI, NLP, and machine learning research.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in AI, machine learning, NLP, or related domains.
• Strong Python programming and software engineering skills.
• Solid understanding of NLP concepts and Transformer architectures.
• Hands-on experience in model building, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
