decision-making.\n\nRequirements: \n3-6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, NLP, or Generative AI-focused roles.\nStrong proficiency in Python and modern Machine Learning frameworks.\nSolid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and Transformer architectures.\nProven experience in model development, training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and production deployment.\nStrong foundations in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Algorithms, and System Design.\nBachelor's/Master's degree from IITs, IISc, IIITs, BITS, top NITs, or equivalent premier institutes.\n\nGood to Have: \nExperience working with LLMs, RAG systems, model optimization, quantization, or inference acceleration.\nHands-on exposure to MLOps, model monitoring, and cloud-based AI deployment.\nPublications, research papers, patents, or contributions to the AI/ML community.\nSkills\nAI, ML, NLP, Python, machine learning, natural language
