Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in SDET, QA automation, or software engineering with a strong testing focus.
Strong internships count if the work was meaningful.
Hands-on automated testing experience in Java using RestAssured or similar Java automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of unit testing, mocking, test data management, reusable test design, and maintainable automation frameworks.
Understanding of the testing pyramid and the ability to reason about unit vs. integration vs. E2E coverage.
Basic Git fluency: branches, PRs, diffs, commits, and code review etiquette.
Experience with at least one CI/CD platform, preferably GitHub Actions.
Ability to read application code and identify what should be tested.
Strong attention to detail and root-cause mindset; does not simply re-run flaky failures until they.
