Requirements:

  • 8+ years of full-time engineering experience, with at least 2+ years of people management in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in backend technologies: Java (Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC), microservices.
  • Experience in system design, distributed systems, and scalable architecture.
  • Proven track record of leading teams through 0-1 product journeys and scaling systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes a plus).
  • Familiarity with front-end development principles and how they integrate with backend systems.
  • Solid grasp of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices.
  • Prior exposure to high-scale product environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
