This position works closely with other individuals (including staff, IT services, software liaisons etc.) to solve complex software application issues with the support of the IT Supervisor. This role involves software application support, development and management of automated workflows, hardware inventory, IT equipment setup, and end-user training. Additionally, the IT Operations Specialist assists with maintaining the company’s website and vendor ticketing/management.\nMinimum Qualifications\nMust be at least 18 years of age\nSatisfactory background checks\nAssociate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; OR equivalent technical certifications/experience (CompTIA, Microsoft 365, etc.)\nMinimum 1 year relevant work experience in technical support, IT operations, or application support\nExperience working with employees who work remotely\nExperience with an Agency Management Software (such as Electronic Visit Verification systems) strongly preferred\nEssential Job Functions\nProvide day-to-day support for staff using company software and applications.\nAdminister and manage our Agency Management Software (set permissions, update settings, test fixes).\nWork with vendors to resolve software issues and request improvements.\nTrain staff on system features, workflows, and updates; create easy-to-follow guides.\nBuild and manage automated workflows in Microsoft Power Automate to simplify business processes (VBA experience a plus).\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical or software-related issues.\nOversee ordering, setup, and replacement of staff equipment;
