You'll work closely with parents, caregivers, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to create positive, lasting change across various settings, including the home, school, clinic, and community.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in providing ABA services and implement individualized treatment plans.\nCollaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity and effectiveness.\nObserve and track client progress through data collection and treatment goals.\nProvide support in areas such as self-help skills, socialization, adaptive skills, and behavioral management.\nMaintain a consistent and reliable schedule while attending required meetings and trainings.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with ABA principles and ethical guidelines\n3 months experience in providing ABA services or related services.\n40-hour RBT coursework certificate\nState of AZ Article 9 Training\nFirst Aid/CPR Certification\nObtain RBT Certificate within 30 days of hire and prior to service delivery.\nState of AZ Prevention and Support Training -
