This role involves crafting strategic roadmaps, deeply understanding user needs through diligent research, and leading a team of developers and a designer. The ideal candidate will be experienced in driving products from conception to launch, adept at iterating based on real user feedback, and skilled at managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn the roadmap: translate already-defined business objectives and priorities into a roadmap the engineering and design teams can execute, sequencing what matters now versus later.\nPartner cross-functionally: work with the Tech Lead to shape features from an engineering standpoint, and with UX/UI to define how they should be designed.\nDrive execution: work with the Project Manager to break the roadmap into trackable sub-items and keep delivery on schedule.\nBe accountable, out loud: commit to concrete deliverables - a weekly status report, a decision by a set date - and deliver on them consistently.\nLead client demos: run product demos with prospective clients and communicate clearly the value.\nAlign with the business: keep the roadmap connected to Arionkoder's broader innovation strategy, working directly with business stakeholders.\nRequired Skills and Competencies:\nExperience in product management, ideally with some exposure to AI solutions.\nProven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead product teams and manage comprehensive product development cycles.\nStrong Analytical Skills: Expertise in setting and evaluating product metrics to ensure that the product delivers on performance and quality.\nRobust Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging stakeholders.\nAgile Methodology: Proficient in agile project management, ensuring flexible and efficient product development processes.\nUser-Centric Design Understanding: Deep knowledge of user research practices and their application in product design and development.\nPerks\nMonthly USD Service Fee\n20 business days of paid Agreed Time Off-Annual + 6 Local Holidays\nCaregiver Time Off\nA dynamic remote work culture.
