You will be responsible for the technical health, supportability and continuous improvement of these systems, including production integrations, application configuration, troubleshooting, testing, deployment and documentation.\nThis is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, IT Business Applications, requiring strong hands-on experience with enterprise applications and integrations and the ability to operate independently following company-specific onboarding.\nEssential Functions\nTake technical ownership of NetSuite, SnapLogic and the ERP integration domain, coordinating resolution across relevant stakeholders and progressing technical matters within the scope of the role.\nMonitor, troubleshoot and support production integrations across middleware, APIs, files, payloads, mappings, transformations, authentication, schedules and data.\nConfigure and support NetSuite, including workflows, permissions, saved searches, reports, forms, fields, imports and application settings.\nOwn the technical investigation, coordination, testing and documentation of Zuora and its integrations, while supporting OpenAir and its integrations.\nDeliver application and integration changes from analysis and design through testing, deployment, documentation and operational support.\nImprove integration monitoring, logging, exception handling, reconciliation and recovery processes to strengthen reliability and supportability.\nAnalyse integration failures and production issues, identifying root causes and driving timely resolution across relevant technical and business stakeholders.\nInterpret API documentation, payloads, mappings, transformation logic, integration logs and technical designs to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.\nMaintain clear and accurate technical documentation covering integrations, configurations, processes and operational procedures.\nContribute to continuous improvement by challenging weak or unnecessarily complex solutions and identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and strengthen the application landscape.\nMinimum requirements\nAt least 7 years of relevant technical experience working with enterprise applications, integrations or related technology environments.\nProven hands-on experience implementing, supporting, troubleshooting or technically owning complex production integrations.\nStrong experience with an enterprise iPaaS or middleware platform, preferably SnapLogic or a comparable technology.\nStrong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, authentication, SFTP, JSON, XML, CSV and structured data exchange.\nProven ability to interpret API documentation, payloads, mappings, transformation logic, integration logs and technical designs.\nExperience with integration monitoring, alerting, exception handling, reconciliation, replay, recovery and production support.\nStrong technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues independently and coordinate resolution across technical and business teams.\nStrong communication and documentation skills, with sound technical judgement and a structured approach to production support.\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.\nProficiency in English, both written and oral, is required.\nNice to have\nHands-on experience with both NetSuite and SnapLogic.\nExperience with NetSuite integration technologies such as SuiteTalk, RESTlets, SuiteScript or SuiteCloud.\nTechnical experience with Zuora APIs and billing integrations.\nExperience with OpenAir or a comparable professional services automation platform.\nExperience with JavaScript or relevant scripting languages.\nExperience working in global, multi-entity, multi-currency or financially controlled environments.\nExperience supporting ERP integrations across multiple business applications and third-party platforms.\nBenefits\n25
