Platform Architecture & Scalability\nArchitect systems for high availability, scalability, and resilience.\nLead modernization of backend and frontend systems.\nDrive cloud-native infrastructure (AWS preferred).\nEnsure strong data infrastructure for real-time visibility, reporting, and analytics.\nImplement robust DevOps, CI/CD, and monitoring frameworks.\n3. AI & Data Intelligence\nAt ARIS, technology is not just about digitization - it is about intelligence. Product Engineering & Delivery\nOversee the full product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.\nDeliver high-quality, secure, and performant products on schedule.\nDesign intuitive user experiences for complex procurement and financing workflows.\nEnsure strong alignment between product roadmap and engineering execution.\nIntroduce metrics-driven engineering processes to track velocity, reliability, and business impact.\n2. Technical Expertise\nStrong computer science fundamentals and system design expertise.\n8-12 years of experience in software engineering, with significant leadership experience.\nHands-on experience building enterprise-grade systems in:\nBackend: Java, Node.js, or equivalent\nFrontend: React or modern frameworks\nExperience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.\nCloud-native experience (AWS preferred).\nExposure to data platforms, analytics systems, and ML deployment frameworks.\nFull-stack experience is a plus.\n2.
