Responsibilities:

  • Design and build AI-first applications using Node.js or Python, among other major programming languages.
  • Build and optimise APIs and workflows that handle high throughput and low latency.
  • Participate in system design decisions around data models, queues, caching, and reliability.
  • Set up testing, monitoring, and performance tracking.
  • Own services end-to-end in production - from development to debugging.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Strong fundamentals in backend development and distributed systems.
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure and real-time data systems.
  • Ability to simplify complex operational workflows into reliable software.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving engineering environment.
  • Top-tier bachelor's or master's degree in engineering from top institutes only. Computer science background is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ownership and core product contributions.
