backend components for the ARIS Flows component, including AI integration (LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, vector stores for service discovery).\nDesigning and extending the flow execution and trigger framework — including expression language evaluation, scheduler integration, and multi-tenant execution.\nApplying AI-assisted development practices throughout the full software lifecycle, using tools like Claude Code for code generation, automated review, test authoring, and documentation.\nSupporting the entire product lifecycle, from requirements analysis to testing and cloud deployment.\nWorking in an Agile software development process in international, cross-site teams.\nCollaborating with UX experts, product management, and global support.\nEnhancing and maintaining existing products.\nMonitoring and triaging customer issues, troubleshooting and resolving defects.\nMinimum Requirements\n3–6 years of experience in software development.\nStrong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Spring AI) and Maven-based build systems.\nBasic understanding of modern AI technologies.\nHands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot) as part of your daily engineering workflow — not just familiarity, but fluency.\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI) and CI/CD pipelines, vector stores, ANTLR-based DSLs, or workflow/BPM
