delivery.\nContributing to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans.\nParticipating in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote our BPM solutions and gather market insights.\nMinimum Requirements\n10+ years of experience in presales.\nProven ability to effectively present technology solutions to executive-level stakeholders, with a focus on value-driven selling and business impact.\nHands-on experience with ARIS or similar BPM tools, with the ability to demonstrate and configure these platforms.\nStrong technical acumen to address customer inquiries on topics such as product architecture, security, and integration.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand customer challenges and propose effective BPM solutions.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.\nAbility to stay current with the latest BPM trends, tools, and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation in customer solutions.\nFluent in Korean.\nBusiness fluent in English.\nNice to Haves\nExperience as a BPM practitioner in roles such as presales or consulting.\nExperience with BPM disciplines such as Process Modeling, Process Mining, Simulation, Process Governance, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, and related methodologies.\nYou have experience with using or even implementing ARIS (absolute plus) or a similarly mature product.\nYou have been part of key transformation, operational
