Performance, reliability, and correctness matter here - this is backend-heavy work where systems operate continuously and at scale.\n\nIf you enjoy working on distributed systems, real-time data flows, and backend services that deal with real money and real operations, you'll fit right in.\n\nWhat You'll Work On :\n\n- Core AI-driven systems for risk scoring, delay prediction, and document generation\n\n- Real-time tracking systems for vehicles, ETAs, and routing\n\n- Credit and underwriting pipelines that run continuously on high value enterprise deals.\n\n- Applications used daily by thousands of vendors and customers\n\n- Automated generation of documentation, audit trails and smart contracts.\n\n- You'll work in a small team with a strong focus on shipping, ownership, and scalability.\n\nWhat You'll Do :\n\n- Design and build AI first applications using Node.js, or Python among other major programming languages.\n\n- Build and optimize APIs and workflows that handle high throughput and low latency\n\n- Participate in system design decisions around data models, queues, caching, and reliability\n\n- Set up testing, monitoring, and performance tracking\n\n- Own services end-to-end in production - from development to debugging\n\nWhat We Look For :\n\n- 4+ years of Strong fundamentals in backend development and distributed systems\n\n- Experience working with cloud infrastructure and real-time data systems\n\n- Ability to simplify complex operational workflows into reliable software\n\n- Comfort working in a fast-moving engineering environment\n\n- Top tier bachelors or masters degree in engineering from top institutes only.
