You will have a chance to work with cross-functional teams within Arista as well as Arista Manufacturing and Sales Operation leadership.\nWhat You’ll Do\nWe are looking for a candidate who is interested in helping us build an innovative and modern supply chain.\nAlign with Product Management & other Planning teams on future demand & critical deals\nTranslate said demand into production plans for our CM and ODM partners\nAnalyze forecast fluctuations and assess supply chain variables to optimize production and fulfillment scheduling\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, CM & OMD Site Ops, etc.) to get consensus on operational directions\nCreate and maintain relevant site KPI and metrics to meet general Campus SLA\nDevelop and enhance planning tools and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability\n 5+ years of manufacturing planning experience in a related industry\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, economics or a relevant area\nAbility to work independently as well as in a team\nBuilt to thrive in a flexible and results-driven environment\nExcellent oral and written communication skills and comfortable with cross-cultural multiple time zone collaborations\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
