If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and dive in, we want to hear from you!\nWhat You'll Do:\nCoordinate daily material orders and deliveries with Project Manager(s) and Superintendent(s)\nTrack shipments, verify physical on-site deliveries, and resolve short-shipments or damaged goods immediately\nReview delivery tickets, packing slips, and cost phase to ensure accuracy \nPartner with the Purchasing Associate regarding any discrepancies or issues with deliveries\nReceive, unpack, check, and store materials\nCommunicate with the yard team to ensure all items are unloaded for incoming and outgoing shipments\nLoad and unload route and freight trucks\nAssist with directing drivers when necessary\nUtilize Hilti Ontrack to maintain and track assets and verify equipment is returned to designated storage locations \nOrganize and put away all inventory and returns in the appropriate location\nAssist the Purchasing Associate with gathering items required by field personnel \nFollow all safety procedures\nFollow filing procedures to ensure all paperwork is maintained in an orderly manner\nAssist the Purchasing Associate, Project Manager(s), and Superintendent(s) with inventory updates and needs \nWhat You'll Bring:\nGood communication, organizational, and time management skills\nSolid inventory and documentation skills\nConstruction experience and HiLo operating experience are preferred\nPhysical strength, the ability to repeatedly move materials, and working inside and outside is required\nExperience:\n2+ years of previous yard experience preferred\nHilti Ontrack software experience preferred \nHigh school diploma or its equivalent is required\nWhy Choose Aristeo:\nBeyond our drive to work hard, Aristeo is also proud of our culture of comradery and our team of people who make every day rewarding.
