This rolerepresentsa pivotal opportunity to be the Business Controller for our Content & Aggregation business, which is a key growth driver for Aristocrat,with complexbilling and multi-entity operations. You will manage the entire balance sheet and collaborate closely with senior colleagues to drive financial performance, oversee risk, andaiddecision-making.

What You'll Do
Own the integrity, quality, and performance of the balance sheet for the Content & Aggregation business.
Provide end-to-end oversight of balance sheet movements, risks, and underlying drivers, includingreceivablescollections.
Review and challenge reconciliations, ensuring issues areidentified, understood, and resolved.
Lead month-end close review, including financial commentary, variance analysis, and business sign-off.
Apply financial judgement across accruals, provisions, revenue recognition, and complex transactions.
Partner with senior team members to provide insight, challenge, and support strategic decision-making.
Translate financial outcomes into clear insights, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
Ensure alignment with accounting policies, internal controls, and governance requirements.
Identify and proactively manage financial and balance sheet risks and exposures.
Collaborate with D365 Accounting Operationsand Revenue teamsto direct priorities and ensure high-quality outputs.
Monitor important measures including working capital, balance sheet efficiency, and forecast accuracy.
Drive continuous improvement through enhanced reporting, insight, andautomationoffinance processes.
What We're Looking For
Significant experiencein controllership, finance business partnering, or senior accounting roles within a multinationalorganisation.
Strongexpertisein balance sheet management, financial accounting, and governance.
Proven ability to apply financial judgement andprovidecommercial insight in complex environments.
Experience working withincentralisedor shared service finance models.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
Proven stakeholder management and influencing capability across finance and business leadership.
Experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and close/reporting tools (e.g.,BlackLine, IBM Planning Analytics).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Continuous improvement approach with a focus on simplification,standardisation, and automation.Experiencein automating processes with AI tools is highlyadvantageous.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalentrequired.
