Aristocrat Leisure is an Australian gambling technology and entertainment company that stands as one of the world's largest manufacturers of slot machines and electronic gaming systems. Founded in 1953 and headquartered in Sydney, the enterprise designs, manufactures, and distributes land-based gaming hardware, casino management software, and mobile social casino games. By continually expanding its global footprint across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, it delivers interactive gaming content and digital solutions to regulated operators worldwide.

At Aristocrat, we are committed to delivering world-class gaming experiences that bring happiness to millions of people globally. We are seeking a Director, Technical Program Management to help shape how strategic work is planned, governed, measured, and delivered across the enterprise. This role leads the evolution of our delivery operating model, establishing scalable governance, execution standards, and operating rhythms that improve how complex initiatives are delivered.

You will build the standards and structures that enable teams to execute consistently, drive adoption across the organization, and provide senior leaders with trusted data and insights that support confident decision-making. Beyond process, this role improves organizational delivery maturity, strengthens reporting integrity, and champions modern, efficient ways of working.

The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of enterprise delivery leadership, governance, operational excellence, change enablement, and executive presence, with a proven ability to balance structure and agility while delivering measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve the enterprise delivery operating model, including governance standards, delivery lifecycle expectations, decision rights, operating rhythms, and execution practices across strategic initiatives.
  • Lead organizational delivery maturity by assessing current practices, closing capability gaps, and driving continuous improvement across processes, tools, data, and ways of working.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of delivery standards, tools, reporting practices, and governance expectations, supported by clear enablement materials, training, and feedback loops.
  • Define the strategy for enterprise delivery reporting, insights, and executive dashboards that support prioritization, planning, governance, and decision-making.
  • Lead platform lifecycle management, including enhancements, integrations, migrations, adoption, and retirement of legacy solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and strengthen automation and operational efficiency.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Delivery Excellence team, setting priorities, expectations, quality standards, and a culture of continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years in Technical Program Management, PMO, Delivery Excellence, Business Operations, or related enterprise functions.
  • 5+ years leading enterprise delivery governance, operating model development, reporting, tooling, or PMO capability functions.
  • Demonstrated success improving organizational delivery maturity through standards, processes, enablement, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, portfolio and program management practices, lifecycle management, and operational excellence.
  • Experience implementing, governing, or modernizing enterprise delivery platforms, reporting ecosystems, and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, evolving environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Technology, Operations, or a related field.
  • Preferred: experience with M365, Jira, Power BI, or comparable platforms, and certifications such as PMP, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, or an MBA.
