The influence you have will reverberate throughout our company, steering us toward success in a competitive market!\nWhat You'll Do\nManage product certification and ensure regulatory alignment for gaming products.\nAct as the compliance overseer, handling submissions for UL, CSA, FCC, CE, and RCM requirements.\nMaintain submission documents and compliance records meticulously.\nCommunicate effectively with certification bodies and third-party test laboratories.\nAcquire quotations and raise purchase orders, monitoring their progress.\nCoordinate product samples and testing activities to ensure timely execution.\nMonitor schedules, assess risks, and track open actions rigorously.\nProvide accurate status updates to the business, ensuring transparency and clarity.\nWork closely with engineers to understand technical challenges and progress them on your own.\nChallenge or clarify information to ensure practical resolution rather than merely relaying messages.\nBuild a comprehensive knowledge of electrical regulations and handle certification procedures until they are concluded.\nIndependently coordinate smaller innovation or hardware-related projects in the United States during periods of available capacity.\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven experience in managing product certification and fulfilling compliance requirements.\nStrong project management skills with the ability to work autonomously.\nTechnical capability to understand and address engineering issues.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nAbility to engage and work effectively with engineers and other collaborators.\nDiligent and highly organized, with detailed record-keeping abilities.\nExperience in handling submissions for regulatory requirements such as UL, CSA, FCC, CE, and RCM.\nCapability to watch over schedules, detect risks, and keep a strict record of actions.\nFamiliarity with electrical regulatory compliance is highly desirable.\nAmbitious and driven to successfully implement projects and drive them to completion.\nOcasional Travelling, about 20%.\nThis job description may have been reviewed and enhanced using AI-assisted tools to improve clarity, consistency, and inclusivity.
