What You'll Do

  • Perform appliance servicing, break fix, and installations for gaming equipment.
  • Manage inventory efficiently, ensuring adequate stock levels for service requirements.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing and resolving client concerns promptly.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks to guarantee flawless operation of equipment.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all repairs and installations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Provide training and support to clients on equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Take part in weekend on-call rotations to handle urgent service requests.
  • Travel to various client locations as needed to perform service tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to determine service needs.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve service delivery and client happiness.

What We're Looking For

  • Full New Zealand driver's license is strictly required.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Technical background in appliance servicing and installations is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Open to taking part in weekend on-call rotations.
  • Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus.
