Field Service Technician

What You'll Do
- Perform appliance servicing, break fix, and installations for gaming equipment.
- Manage inventory efficiently, ensuring adequate stock levels for service requirements.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing and resolving client concerns promptly.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to guarantee flawless operation of equipment.
- Collaborate with the technical team to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all repairs and installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Provide training and support to clients on equipment usage and maintenance.
- Take part in weekend on-call rotations to handle urgent service requests.
- Travel to various client locations as needed to perform service tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to determine service needs.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve service delivery and client happiness.
What We're Looking For
- Full New Zealand driver's license is strictly required.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Technical background in appliance servicing and installations is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Open to taking part in weekend on-call rotations.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus.
