This opportunity is perfect for someone driven to solve complex issues and assist a world-class support team.\nWhat You'll Do\nCompose, build, and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems, taking ownership from development through to production.\nDevelop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React, with a focus on intuitive build and seamless user experience.\nEnsure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes, including mobile.\nDevelop and sustain backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python.\nIntegrate with internal and external APIs and data sources to deliver connected, data-driven features.\nManage and query databases as part of feature development and ongoing maintenance.\nWrite clean, well-tested, production-grade code that meets performance and reliability standards.\nIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks and reliability issues across the stack.\nParticipate in code reviews, providing and incorporating constructive technical feedback.\nCollaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into working software.\nContribute to technical design discussions and help build approaches for new features and system improvements.\nWhat We're Looking For\n4+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.\nStrong proficiency in React and solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\nStrong experience in backend development using Node.js and Python.\nExperience integrating RESTful APIs and working with third-party data sources.\nFamiliarity with building database structures and querying across relational or NoSQL environments.\nExperience with cross-platform and mobile optimisation techniques.\nStrong understanding of software development guidelines including testing, version control, and code review.\nSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently, with strong communication skills in a collaborative team environment.\nAttention to detail and a dedication to code quality, performance, and reliability.\nClear communicator who can discuss technical decisions with both engineers and non-technical collaborators.\nExperience managing work in Jira or similar agile tooling.\nExperience with graph databases such as Neo4j is a plus but not required.\nThis job description may have been reviewed and enhanced using AI-assisted tools to improve clarity, consistency, and inclusivity.
