Game Operations Specialist

What You'll Do

• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and complete game releases and content updates across various environments.
• Manage and maintain game configurations, including metadata, feature settings, stakes, and environment-specific parameters.
• Coordinate routine updates, patches, and hotfixes with minimal disruption to live environments.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new markets and operator integrations, ensuring operational readiness and smooth debut execution.
• Provide operational and technical support during onboarding and post-launch activities, resolving configuration and integration issues.
• Manage the scheduling, validation, and deployment of third-party and in-house content in line with release plans and market requirements.
• Monitor live operational processes and find opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and release quality.
• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Product, and other relevant teams to ensure release readiness and alignment on priorities.
• Act as a key coordination point for operational requests, customer concern management, and cross-functional communication.
• Maintain proactive communication with external partners, operators, and internal collaborators to support successful launches and timely issue resolution.
• Work with Game Operations team members and engineers to coordinate tasks and support delivery against the operational roadmap.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in game operations, content distribution, or release coordination.
• Experience collaborating with external partners, operators, or third-party vendors is an advantage.
• Familiarity with iGaming or digital content ecosystems is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and collaborators.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing problems.
• Capability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver with high accuracy and accountability.
• Familiarity with release processes, build and release tools, Excel, and other operational systems is beneficial.
• Flexibility to support release windows and blocking issues when required.
