Works well in a team environment.\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field accompanied by 8+ years of IT proven experience, or equivalent professional experience.\n\nProven Experience in Technical Support or equivalent: 5+ years.\n\nMust demonstrate proficiency in Networking, multicast, TCP/IP communications\n\nStrong skills in working with Unix/Linux OS.\n\nComfortable with scripting with Powershell, Ansible playbooks.\n\nExperience in database programming using SQL with SQL Server or MySQL is helpful.\n\nHands on experience of GIT and tools like Jenkins and Kubernetes.\n\nExperience of using AI tools, developing skills and using them for fixing issues. Knowledge of agentic AI will be a plus.\n\nJava, J2EE framework knowledge is a plus.\n\nKnowledge of OneLink product preferred.\n\nFamiliar with VmWare/HyperV provisioning/deployment and how virtual environments work.\n\nFamiliar with various web architectures, platforms, and frameworks\n\nRequired to have well-developed analytical and creative problem-solving skills.\n\nMust have strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and be team oriented\n\nDemonstrates excellent oral and written, communication and customer service skills.\n\nDemonstrates a very high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nPrior Casino gaming proven experience is helpful.\n\nMust be able to be licensed in multiple jurisdictions\n\nMust be available for after-hours support and travel as needed to customer sites.\n\nThis job description may have been reviewed and enhanced using AI-assisted tools to improve clarity, consistency, and inclusivity.
