Your efforts will directly impact our customers' experience and help develop a world-class Supply Chain.\nWhat You'll Do\nFollow all WHS regulations Demonstrate safe work practices including reporting of near misses, hazards, and incidents promptly.\nAdhere to all quality procedures and reporting requirements to meet required standards.\nParticipate in meetings, discussions, training sessions, cross-training, and continuous improvement projects.\nAssist in maintaining inventory accuracy by adhering to our processes.\nConduct daily operations efficiently to meet cycle requirement times.\nEffectively communicate to your supervisor or manager highlighting any issues regarding safety, quality, and output results.\nEngage in Aristocrat's Due Diligence framework and complete Compliance training and audits as required.\nEnsure all company policies and procedures are followed, leading to Zero Compliance breaches.\nUnderstand and demonstrate Aristocrat’s Values and behaviors.\nPerform assembly tasks as directed as set out in relevant documents, processes, procedures.\nWhat We're Looking For\nFormal qualifications in manufacturing or a similar field are desirable but not essential.\nManufacturing/Inventory experience preferred.\nProficiency in PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and exposure to ERP Systems, including Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 is preferred.\nStrong communication and time management skills.\nPrevious frontline leadership experience will be well regarded.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe employee must be able to lift and move up to 20 kg short distances with/without mechanical aid and frequently lift and/or move 10 kg.\nEmployees must also wear appropriate personal protection equipment, such as steel-toe shoes, where applicable (provided by company).\nMust be able to work in hot or cold climatic environments and conditions.\nMust be capable of handling and positioning EGM cabinets through pushing or pulling movements.\nMust be able to stand and/or walk through the entire shift.\nJoin Aristocrat, offering you an extensive benefits package and career growth across the globe.
