As a Project Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently. This role is vital in supporting our Project Manager and helping us achieve flawless execution in all our endeavors. What You'll Do

  • The following outlines the typical duties of a Project Coordinator- software, hardware and implementation. In addition, all employees are expected to comply with all reasonable Management directives to ensure customer expectations and operational needs are met.
  • Assist and support the Project Manager in their daily duties to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Capture and analyze relevant management information to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assign tasks and work closely with the team to remove any blockers.
  • Control project schedules and track, analyze, and communicate project risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate procurement processes and communicate any issues to the procurement manager.
  • Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring all achievements are met.
  • Maintain close contact with key project members and decision makers.
  • Track and report project progress, keeping all collaborators informed.
  • Update documentation and project plans regularly.
  • Implement and update data security procedures to protect sensitive information.
