Your work will empower strategic business decisions and improve player experiences.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner closely with UA and Growth collaborators to understand performance, investigate business questions, and provide actionable recommendations.\nLead analytical projects end-to-end, from problem definition and data exploration through to insights and collaborator communication.\nOwn and evolve the business logic and analytical requirements of Growth data models, ensuring they accurately represent how the business measures performance.\nAct as a key collaborator with Data Engineering, translating business and analytical needs into clear data requirements and validating delivered solutions.\nProactively identify and investigate data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps across Growth reporting and underlying data models.\nBuild and maintain scalable reporting and analytical solutions, reducing repetitive manual analysis where possible.\nDefine and maintain key Growth metrics and measurement logic across areas such as spend, acquisition, revenue, attribution, and marketing performance.\nPerform deep-dive analyses to understand performance drivers, find opportunities, and support investment decisions.\nCommunicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical collaborators, including senior leadership.\nProvide technical mentorship and share standard methodologies with other analysts while contributing to consistent analytical standards across the team.\nWork closely with Data Scientists on measurement, experimentation, and modeling projects by offering solid analytical and data foundations.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are seeking an ambitious and seasoned Senior Data Analyst with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results. You should have:\n4+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a related role.\nStrong experience independently delivering analytical projects and working directly with business collaborators.\nExperience owning or contributing significantly to analytical data models, metric definitions, or reporting foundations.\nAdvanced SQL skills and strong experience working with large and complex datasets.\nProficiency in Python for data analysis, automation and analytical workflows.\nStrong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and analytical data structures.\nExperience converting business requirements into data requirements and collaborating closely with Data Engineering teams.\nProficiency in a data visualization/BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or similar.\nGood understanding of statistical analysis and experimentation.\nFamiliarity with digital marketing data, attribution, and acquisition metrics is a strong plus.\nA strong ownership approach, comfortable independently driving work through to completion.\nA curious and analytical nature, always looking to investigate unexpected results and challenge assumptions.\nRealistic and dedicated to identifying ways forward.\nStrong attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy and reliability.\nComfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast paced business environment.\nStrong collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, and business teams.\nExcellent communication skills, able to challenge constructively and build trust with technical and non-technical collaborators.\nWillingness to assist in the technical growth of other analysts and help maintain high analytical standards throughout the team.\nThis job description may have been reviewed and enhanced using AI-assisted tools to improve clarity, consistency, and inclusivity.
