Sr Animator I

At Aristocrat, you'll be at the forefront of crafting innovative gaming animations that captivate and engage players. As an Animator I, your creativity and technical skills will be pivotal in ensuring high-quality animation and development work across various projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead the creation of imaginative animations and artwork from concept through to post-production.

• Ensure consistency and high quality in all animation and build tasks.

• Swiftly grasp art briefs and develop creative animations and artwork based on them.

• Contribute to the creative production pipeline, collaborating with team members locally and remotely.

• Implement changes as requested, maintaining responsiveness and clear communication.

• Provide high-quality digital artwork and animation for innovative gaming products.

• Develop new art and animation products guided by detailed art briefs.

• Play a crucial role in the development and skill improvement of co-workers.

• Seize opportunities for continuous improvement within the creative process.

What We're Looking For

Aristocrat is looking for an outstanding animator who is motivated, self-organized, and passionate about crafting outstanding artwork. The ideal candidate will have:

• In-depth knowledge of artistic and animation principles including color, form, perspective, layout, timing, anticipation, squash, and stretch.

• High proficiency in key graphic packages including Spine, 3D Studio Max, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• At least 4 years of experience working with relevant computer software.

• More than 3 years of experience working in a commercial art or animation setting.

• Strong conceptual and traditional drawing abilities, accompanied by a solid grasp of art and animation principles.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Adaptive behavior and flexibility in undertaking various tasks.

• Demonstrated integrity and organizational behavior.
