If you are a cloud operations expert passionate about flawless performance and have a strong record in optimizing systems, this opportunity is for you!\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the build and implementation of scalable and reliable infrastructure and applications in alignment with business goals.\nAssess systems and recommend improvements to improve efficiency, performance, and reliability.\nProvide advanced administration and support for core infrastructure including Windows Server/Desktop, GCP/AWS/Azure, AD/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Okta, Mimecast, and VMware.\nManage IAM solutions (Okta, Microsoft 365, Google) across cloud platforms to ensure secure and seamless access.\nCoordinate cloud infrastructure focusing on cost efficiency, performance, scalability, compliance, and security.\nAutomate deployments, routine tasks, and onboarding/offboarding processes to improve uptime and efficiency.\nHandle user provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, and SSO/MFA configurations.\nCollaborate with IT leadership and engineering teams to deliver timely support and document resolutions.\nBuild detailed documentation, diagrams, and procedures for systems.\nEnsure compliance with OHS regulations and proactively promote OHS practices.\nEngage in all elements of the Aristocrat Due Diligence framework to achieve zero compliance breaches.\nWhat We Are Seeking\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent IT tertiary qualification.\n5+ years of experience in Information Technology/Network/System Administration.\nProven experience in large enterprise environments preferred.\nMicrosoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) with 3+ years of equivalent Systems Engineer experience.\nCCNA and IT Security certifications such as Security+ and/or CISSP are a plus.\nIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems.\nBasic understanding of switches, routers, and firewalls.\nExperience supporting a Training and/or R&D environment is preferred.\nCustomer-focused with outstanding verbal communication skills.\nProficiency in English, both written and spoken.\nExcellent communication abilities, capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively.\nEagerness to learn new technologies and a self-learner approach.\nJoin us at Aristocrat and be part of a world-class team dedicated to delivering excellence in everything we do.
