This position offers an outstanding opportunity to work with a world-class team and deliver impactful security initiatives across a dynamic and growing company.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the selection, testing, implementation, and oversight of Aristocrat security controls.\nLead and mentor the Security Engineers to successfully implement objectives and key results.\nApply cyber security engineering expertise in support of programs, proposals, and corporate objectives.\nPartner with cybersecurity operations for continuous control improvement activities.\nMaintain timely, accurate, and effective reporting on the status and application of security controls for critical assets intended for executive-level management.\nDevelop conceptual and logical solutions that support the implementation of security controls throughout Aristocrat environments.\nConsult and collaborate with collaborators, asset owners, and IT teams to advance security initiatives.\nDefine and apply configurations of security controls for endpoints, cloud environments, DevSecOps, product security, and identity platforms.\nProvide domain expertise on cybersecurity strategies and find opportunities to optimize security controls.\nStay informed about emerging security trends, technologies, and threats, and recommend improvements to improve Aristocrat's security posture.\nPerform as a lead solution architect across all technologies, mentoring less experienced engineers.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's or master's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and over 10 years of pertinent experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be accepted instead of a degree.\nMinimum of 13+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on building, implementation, and management of security solutions.\nDemonstrated experience in working with a geographically dispersed team.\nSolid understanding and demonstrated experience with SIEM platforms, data streaming platforms, network security, EDR systems, Cloud Security, and IAM principles.\nExpert knowledge of information security technologies, networking, cloud, and infrastructure architecture in a global capacity.\nCapacity to handle complex troubleshooting issues.\nProven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.\nAbility to contribute to organizational critical thinking beyond the area of responsibility.\nCISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or other relevant certifications preferred.\nExcellent collaboration skills - must be eager to work as part of a cohesive team and partner with other teams within Aristocrat, both locally and globally.\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, and resolve communication issues.\nJoin us at Aristocrat and lead our security engineering team to new heights of excellence!\nThis job description may have been reviewed and enhanced using AI-assisted tools to improve clarity, consistency, and inclusivity.
