If you value compliance, cooperation, and meaningful influence, this position is for you!\nWhat You'll Do\nCommunicate Regulatory Notifications and Technical Bulletins effectively and promptly.\nPrepare and submit comprehensive reports on compliance activities to senior management and regulatory bodies.\nAdvise management on trends and patterns impacting product and system approvals by regulatory agencies.\nStay updated on changes to rules, regulations, and legislative requirements across all gaming jurisdictions.\nAssess new and existing products for regulatory compliance and test products to ensure requirements are met.\nLead collaboration between studios and collaborators to ensure product specifications adhere to gaming guidelines.\nResolve regulator and test lab issues, crafting technical documents or white papers as necessary.\nTravel to regulatory labs to conduct hands-on testing and evaluation of Aristocrat products.\nCoordinate and lead meetings with regulatory agencies and test labs for technical discussions about company products.\nLead and supervise regulated field trial processes and activities from pre-installation to completion.\nDevelop and implement policies and procedures related to technical compliance.\nMaintain the Technical Compliance Jurisdictional Matrix for all development teams.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate technical compliance risks.\nSafeguard game integrity by enforcing regulations addressing technical issues and corrective actions.\nAdvance regulatory issues and assign appropriate risk levels, ensuring effective communication to relevant teams.\nSupport cross-functional projects and shifting business priorities\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\n2+ years of product testing and quality experience in an engineering environment.\nProven experience with slot machines, peripherals, progressives, and slot systems.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.\nAbility to interpret gaming regulations for both systems and gaming machines.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and offer internal mentorship.\nEffective oral and written communication capabilities, with proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. Additional languages are a plus.\nStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills.\nExperience crafting and reviewing technical documentation.\nCollaborative great teammate capable of working independently with minimal supervision.\nAbility to adapt quickly and effectively in unstructured environments.\nDiligent, highly accurate, and organized.\nThis position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.\nThis job description may have been reviewed and enhanced using AI-assisted tools to improve clarity, consistency, and inclusivity.
