Join us to be part of a team that values precise work, collaboration, and ongoing growth!\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools such as Flow and Process Builder.\nDevelop and sustain integrations through Salesforce Web Services APIs, such as REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.\nOwn the full development lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution build, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.\nApply and champion Salesforce guidelines, architectural patterns, and coding standards across the team.\nManage development workflows using version control (branching, merging, pull requests) and DevOps tooling such as Salesforce CLI, Copado, or AutoRABIT.\nWrite comprehensive test coverage to ensure quality, reliability, and successful deployments.\nCollaborate closely with business partners, project teams, and QA to translate requirements into well-designed solutions.\nEvaluate third-party vendor tools and integration strategies to support platform growth.\nDevelop accurate effort estimates and contribute to project planning and prioritization.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in practice. (Required)\n5+ years of professional IT solutions development experience in a medium-to-large corporate environment. (Required)\n4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, CPQ and platform configuration. (Required)\nExperience working with Salesforce Web Services APIs: REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata. (Strongly Preferred)\nExperience with declarative automation tools: Flow, Process Builder, or similar. (Strongly Preferred)\nFamiliarity with Salesforce DevOps practices: Salesforce CLI, version control, CI/CD pipelines, or tools like Copado or AutoRABIT. (Strongly Preferred)\nActive Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect). (Strongly Preferred)\nExperience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service Lightning implementations. (Plus)\nBackground in Agile development methodologies and business analysis. (Plus)\nExposure to business intelligence or reporting tools.
