This position provides an outstanding chance to influence the future of our integrations and contribute significantly to our goal of spreading happiness through the power of play.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead the development of highly complex integrations between HR, Payroll, and Benefits Partners using Workday tools.\n\nApply your solid knowledge of Workday Studio and PECI for seamless integration development.\n\nConfigure and develop technical integrations using Workday Studio, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, XSLT, and XPath.\n\nLead data conversion concepts and their impacts on business processes, including Workday iLoads.\n\nCollaborate with collaborators to assess document requirements, review designs, and define functional specifications.\n\nBuild technical design specifications, perform unit and system integration tests, and support the deployment of all Workday integrations.\n\nCoordinate Workday Integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production.\n\nMonitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors to ensure flawless operation.\n\nPlay a pivotal role in solving functional, architectural, and technical issues in projects involving multiple systems.\n\nUnderstand customer requirements and determine the best system integration approaches based on their landscape and desired outcomes.\n\nWork independently as well as in a team environment, demonstrating outstanding organizational skills and a sense of urgency.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n5+ years of experience in Workday integration.\n\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\nProven experience with highly complex integrations, preferably involving HR, Payroll, and Benefits Partners.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory, with the ability to guide others in functional design processes.\n\nExperience with middleware such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft is a plus.\n\nAbility to work effectively in virtual, geographically teams with varied strengths.\n\nJoin us on this exciting journey at Aristocrat and be a part of a team that is redefining the future of gaming through world-class technology solutions!\nThis job description may have been reviewed and enhanced using AI-assisted tools to improve clarity, consistency, and inclusivity.
