You will be responsible for achieving production targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and coordinate assembly line operations during the assigned shift.\nEnsure daily production targets and KPIs are achieved.\nSupervise and support operators, technicians, and supervisors to maximize team performance.\nMonitor product quality and ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.\nAnalyze production losses, line stoppages, and operational issues, implementing corrective actions when needed.\nPartner with Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure smooth operations.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, scrap reduction, and cost optimization.\nSupport onboarding, coaching, and development of shop-floor employees.\nPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE standards.\nWho We Are Looking For\nYou are a natural leader who enjoys being close to operations and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals. You are analytical, resilient under pressure, and passionate about manufacturing excellence.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering.\n2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly operations, preferably in home appliance industry.\nKnowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.\nUnderstanding of quality systems and production KPIs.\nStrong analytical and reporting capabilities.\nPrevious leadership and team management experience is an advantage.\nDecisive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.\nExcellent communication and coordination skills. \nAbility to perform effectively in dynamic manufacturing environments. \nResults-oriented with a passion for operational excellence.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.\nFluency in Arabic and English.\nWe are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people.
