You will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our production equipment while improving long-term performance.\nYour challenge\nIn this role, you will diagnose complex faults, eliminate recurring issues and strengthen our preventive maintenance approach. Working closely with Production, Engineering and Maintenance, you will implement sustainable technical solutions and support equipment upgrades.\nWhat you will do\nDiagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, automation and control-system failures.\nTroubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, drives, motors, sensors, control panels and automated production equipment.\nLead root-cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective actions.\nDevelop and optimize preventive and planned maintenance programs.\nAnalyze maintenance data to reduce downtime and improve equipment availability.\nContribute to TPM and Lean Maintenance initiatives.\nSupport electrical modifications, equipment upgrades and automation projects.\nEnsure all activities comply with applicable safety requirements and plant procedures.\nKeep electrical schematics and technical documentation up to date following modifications.\nServe as the technical reference for complex electrical issues and coach maintenance technicians.\nWhat you bring\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, or a related discipline.\n7-10 years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.\nHands-on expertise in fault diagnosis and automated production machinery.\nKnowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motors, sensors and industrial control systems.\nAbility to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and control drawings.\nA structured approach to root-cause analysis and problem-solving.\nFamiliarity with Siemens S7, TIA Portal and WinCC is an advantage.\nExperience with SAP PM or another CMMS, TPM or Lean Maintenance is an advantage.\nStrong safety awareness and knowledge of safe electrical working practices.\nAbility to guide technicians and work effectively across Production, Engineering and Maintenance.\nFluency in Arabic and English.\nWhat will make you successful\nYou take ownership of technical issues and look beyond the immediate repair.
