You will play a key role in designing, customizing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions to support our agile digital product teams. Your expertise will help bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement of our digital platforms.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service modules) to meet evolving business requirements\nCollaborate with cross-functional agile teams (Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers) to translate business needs into technical solutions\nDesign, implement, and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, AWS, Adobe AEM,..)\nDevelop and maintain custom entities, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform components\nContribute on the key application lifecycle milestones (requirements gathering, functional/technical analysis, development, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support)\nEnsure high quality and reliability of customizations through rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting\nAct as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365, providing guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders\nCoordinate with external suppliers and partners as needed\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field\n4+ years of hands-on experience customizing and developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service)\nProven experience in digitalizing business processes, especially in Sales, Marketing, and Service domains\nStrong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization (entities, forms, workflows, plugins, Power Automate, Power Apps)\nExperience with system integrations (SAP, Oracle, AWS, Adobe Experience manager, etc.) is highly desirable\nFamiliarity with agile methodologies and working in product-centric teams\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nFluent English\nWillingness to travel up to 25%\nNice to have:\nExperience with additional CRM/ERP platforms (SAP C4C, Oracle Field Service,..)\nKnowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Dynamics 365\nCertification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform is an advantage\nWe are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people.
