With the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless - from a rewarding career in Digital Technology to continued growth and development with Aritzia.\nTHE ROLE\nAs the Senior Data Analyst/Data Analyst, Digital Technology, you will:\nPartner and innovate with business leaders to deeply understand or identify the strategic opportunities across client acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation \nDefine measurement strategies to quantify the performance of various customer programs and compare their current condition against a hindsight benchmark \nSupport with generating actionable insights by analyzing customer behaviour through diagnostics, correlations, and hypothesis testing to grow the business and enhance customer experience \nClearly and accurately visualize and communicate data and analytics through reports, dashboards, and presentations to maximize strategic decisions \nTHE QUALIFICATIONS\nThe Senior Data Analyst/Data Analyst, Digital Technology, has:\nProven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in: \nSQL\nVisualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent)\nPython\nR or related statistical analysis and tools \nAnalyzing and interpreting complex datasets to generate actionable business insights\nA commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles \nTHE COMPENSATION\nAt Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. \nThe range for roles at this level is $50,000-$150,000 per year.
