This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving omnichanneltechnology solutions. As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst/ Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology, you will turnbusiness requirements into solutions, acting as the liaisonbetween Technology and the Omni business, whileplaying a crucial role in creating requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of Aritzia’s payment systems.Withthe skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless - from a rewarding career in Technologyto continued growth and development with Aritzia.
THE ROLE
As the Senior SolutionSystems Analyst/ Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology, you will:
Translatebusiness requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.
Ensurethe solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
Implementstructured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.
Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment ofOmni technology solutions.
Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for Omni technology solutions.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Solution Systems Analyst/ Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technologyhas:
Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications:
Strong payments industry knowledge/experience in a retail or ecommerce environment
Experience with:
Implementing Manhattan Active Omni DOMin a retail environment
Agile / sprint
Application integration
Systems analysis and systems architecture
Proven ability to create solution design documents and user stories that solve the business problem
Experience working with internal and external development teams
Computer Science or Engineering degreeis an asset
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Valuesand Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performancephilosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
