As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst/ Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology, you will turnbusiness requirements into solutions, acting as the liaisonbetween Technology and the Omni business, whileplaying a crucial role in creating requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of Aritzia’s payment systems.Withthe skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless - from a rewarding career in Technologyto continued growth and development with Aritzia.\nTHE ROLE\nAs the Senior SolutionSystems Analyst/ Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology, you will:\nTranslatebusiness requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.\n\nEnsurethe solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.\n\nImplementstructured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.\n\nContribute to the smooth and efficient deployment ofOmni technology solutions.\n\nProvide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for Omni technology solutions.\n\nTHE QUALIFICATIONS\nThe Senior Solution Systems Analyst/ Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technologyhas:\nProven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications:\n\nStrong payments industry knowledge/experience in a retail or ecommerce environment\n\nExperience with:\n\nImplementing Manhattan Active Omni DOMin a retail environment\n\nAgile / sprint\n\nApplication integration\n\nSystems analysis and systems architecture\n\nProven ability to create solution design documents and user stories that solve the business problem\n\nExperience working with internal and external development teams\n\nComputer Science or Engineering degreeis an asset\n\nA commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Valuesand Business and People Leadership principles\n\nThe ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners\n\nA commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business\n\nTHE COMPENSATION\nAt Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performancephilosophy. \nThe range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000per year.
