With people at the heart of everything we do, you will support your high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia - while enjoying one yourself.\nTHE ROLE\nAs the Senior Manager / Manager, Workplace Operations Management, you will lead the team to:\nWork with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience\nEnsure our workplaces are maximized and maintained with operational excellence\nEnsure our workplaces are engaging, motivating, and fun\nEnsure our people have the right supplies and equipment\nEnable efficiency in the administration of programs / services\nEnsure the most important programs and initiatives are realized methodologically and entrepreneurially, while connecting and organizing the division\nTHE QUALIFICATIONS\nThe Senior Manager / Manager, Workplace Operations Management has:\nProven skills, certifications, education and/or experience\nA commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles\nThe ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners\nA commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business\nTHE COMPENSATION\nAt Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. \nThe range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year.
