Joining Arium Networks allows you to grow your career while building technology that will influence how people connect in the years ahead.\n\nABOUT THE ROLE\nThe Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Planning, is a critical role within the Strategy/FP&A organization, responsible for owning and evolving the enterprise long-range planning frame and process in support of strategic decision-making by executive leadership. \n\nThis role will provide end-to-end ownership of long-range financial modeling, scenario evaluation, strategic trade-off framing, and cross-functional integration of financial processes. \n\nThe Senior Financial Analyst is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercises independent judgment under ambiguity, and deliver insights that shape enterprise-level priorities. \n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nStrategy and Solutions\nSupport long-range strategic planning; design and continuously evolve the company’s long-range financial planning process, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, leadership priorities and investor expectations.\nLead the facilitation of the strategic long-range planning process, coordinating senior cross-functional partners to articulate strategies and translate them into integrated long-range financial plans. \nBe a thought partner to the Director/Senior Manager in the development of long-range and core FP&A planning methodologies and decision models that enable executives to evaluate trade-offs, risks, and opportunities over a multi-year horizon.\nSupport market intelligence and competitive research\nFinancial Modeling & Analysis\nLead the development of integrated, enterprise long-range financial models. \nPrepare and own consolidated long-range financial statements and capital plans, ensuring consistency of assumption, logical integrity, and clear articulation of risks and trade-offs. \nDevelops and maintains standardized dashboards and management reports to monitor revenue, expenses, margins, and cash flow performance.\nSupport financial analysis and due diligence processes for M&A.\nEnsures data integrity across financial systems and assists with ad hoc analysis and special projects.\nCross-Functional Partnership\nLead cross-functional financial process implementation to advance, standardize and systematize enterprise financial planning processes, improving scalability and consistency with a focus on transitioning toward sustainable, systematic planning solutions\nPartners cross-functionally with Accounting and operational teams to ensure data accuracy, reconcile variances, and improve reporting transparency.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED\nEducation / Certifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. MBA preferred. \n5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, corporate development, or consulting.\nExperience in the Telecom industry is preferred but not required.\n\nSkills and Experience\nDeep expertise in long-range modeling, strategic planning, and scenario analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights that inform executive and enterprise-level decision-making. \nDemonstrated executive presence and influence, with a proven ability to build collaborative and trusted partnerships. \nStrong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Adaptive, Power BI, or similar) preferred.\nStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to synthesize data into clear insights.\nStrong Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nAction-oriented, accountable, and committed to high standards of quality and integrity. \nDemonstrates strong ability to collaborate across functions to align strategies and deliver results. \nHigh effective communicator with ability to influence senior leaders through clear and compelling narratives grounded in data and logic. \nA team-player who is passionate for development and willing teach and mentor other members. \nAdvanced proficiency in generative AI is preferred.\n\nWhere you will work\n\nThis role falls into our hybrid work model, which is 2-days work from home (Friday and Monday) and 3-days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) to optimize collaboration, relationship building and key stakeholder engagement and may require some travel as needed. \n\nCompensation\nThe pay range offered for this position is $ 107000 - $147100 annually. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location.
