This team fits in developer advocacy in the product team, outside of core engineering, connecting product to the AI Engineer ecosystem. This role is ideal for people with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion to grow our developer community through code, education, content, and hack-a-thons. You will be joining a team of engineers, product and marketing with experience building the next generation of AI systems from agents to assistants to LLM applications. \nWhat You'll Do\nWrite code and build examples that our community can reference - agents & assistants in different frameworks\nCreate awareness through technical content that educates AI developers - e.g. Github repos, blogs, eBooks, product documentation, workshops, demos\nBuild out Claude code and Cursor skills for automating systems\nImprove the growth marketing experience \nBe the “voice of the AI engineer” across Arize’s base of users and the AI developer community at large\nServe as a product advocate for Arize's core SaaS or OSS offerings. Distill market insights and developer feedback to inform roadmap and GTM activities\nCraft best practices and novel perspectives on troubleshooting and improving production ML models and LLM-powered applications\nPlan and speak at Arize-hosted and industry events and conferences\nWho We're Looking for\nWorking knowledge of generative AI\nTechnical experience with the LLM app development stack (e.g. agents, orchestration frameworks, vector databases, evaluation libraries) with proficiency in Python\nEngaged in technical communities via GitHub, Medium, DZone, Stack Overflow, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.\nA data-driven creative who thrives in ideating and delivering on novel activities that earn the attention and trust of AI/ML practitioners\nA self-learner who isn’t daunted by technical complexity and welcomes the challenge to develop their own POV\nExcellent written and verbal communication\nWillingness to attend evening meetups and events in the SF Bay Area\nThe estimated annual salary for this role is between $100,000 - $175,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is determined based upon a variety of job related factors that may include: transferable work experience, skill sets, and qualifications. Total compensation also includes a comprehensive benefit package, including: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid time off, generous parental leave plan, and others for mental and wellness support.\nWhile we are a remote-first company, we have opened offices in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area, as an option for those in those cities who wish to work in-person.
