To learn more, visit www.arizent.com.\nThe Opportunity\nThis isn't a traditional FP&A role.\nAs our Senior Financial Analyst, you'll be a strategic partner to business leaders across Editorial, Sales, Technology, Marketing, and other corporate functions. You'll help guide key business decisions through thoughtful financial analysis, forecasting, and planning while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and drive growth.\nWorking directly with our SVP of Financial Planning & Analysis, you'll have significant visibility across the organization and play an important role in modernizing our finance function. We're looking for someone who embraces technology, including generative AI, to automate routine work, uncover deeper insights, and help Finance become an even stronger strategic partner to the business.\nIf you're energized by solving complex business problems, influencing decisions, and leveraging technology to work smarter, we'd love to meet you.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn operating expense budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis and month-end close for assigned business areas.\n\nPartner with business leaders to manage budgets, evaluate spending, and provide financial guidance.\n\nSupport the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes.\n\nMaintain and enhance revenue reporting packages and develop an understanding of the company's revenue streams to support reporting and analysis.\n\nPrepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations.\n\nBuild and maintain practical financial models and perform ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.\n\nPartner with Accounting during the monthly close process to ensure accurate financial reporting.\n\nLeverage AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot to improve financial analysis, reporting, and process efficiency, including experience with Claude plugins.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.\n\n4-6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Planning & Analysis.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, PivotTables, lookup functions, and data analysis.\n\nExperience with budgeting, forecasting, operating expense management, variance analysis, and financial reporting.\n\nAbility to build and maintain practical financial models and reporting tools.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\n\nExperience using AI tools to improve productivity and financial workflows.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting B2B media, digital publishing, advertising, or subscription-based businesses.\n\nFamiliarity with subscription or recurring revenue reporting.\n\nExperience with FP&A planning systems (Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Pigment, Oracle EPM, etc.).\n\nDemonstrated ability to build AI prompts, automations, or workflows that improve finance processes and reporting.\n\nWhy Join Arizent?\nAt Arizent, we believe equal opportunity is more than a policy, it's a source of strength and innovation.
