Does that sound like something that moves you too?\nThis could be your opportunity to begin a challenging and rewarding career in a healthcare company that empowers movement for people with mobility challenges.\nPosition: Senior Project Manager (Product Development & Engineering)\nLocation: Komorniki (near Poznań)\nEmployment Type: Full-time, hybrid work\nHiring Company: ArjoHuntleigh Polska Sp. z o.o.\nAs a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:\nLeading end-to-end delivery of medium to large, complex projects, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risk are managed effectively.\nPlanning, tracking, and reporting project progress, including budget control, risk mitigation, stage gates, and issue resolution.\nDefining project scope, ownership, and timelines within the Project-Line operating model in collaboration with Line Managers.\nBuilding, leading, and motivating cross-functional, multicultural project teams to deliver results aligned with business priorities.\nProactively managing internal and external stakeholders through clear, tailored, and consistent communication.\nDriving continuous improvement of project management practices, sharing lessons learned, and supporting competence development within the organization.\nEnsuring compliance with regulatory, quality, and design control requirements and closing projects with full documentation and knowledge transfer. \nSkills and experience you will need in this role:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and professional experience.\nMinimum 7 years of proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in a structured environment.\nProject Management certification (PMP or equivalent) with strong knowledge of PM methodologies, tools, and governance models.\nExperience delivering long-term projects across multiple line organizations, preferably in a regulated industry.\nDemonstrated leadership capability with experience coaching, mentoring, and guiding project managers and team members.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and build trust at all organizational levels.\nWhat we offer:\nYou will support our vision of being the most trusted partner in achieving beneficial outcomes for people facing mobility challenges.
