We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our Service Support team based in Eastern Creek, NSW.\nReporting to our Service Support Centre Manager - ANZ, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating activities for our Field Service team, which serves clients across Australia, and additionally assist the Spare Parts department with order processing, enquiries, and general support activities when needed.\nHere are the details:\nResponsibilities:\nSupport to Spare Parts: Provide operational and administrative support to the Spare Parts department as required.\nCustomer Calls: Answer customer calls promptly and resolve issues effectively.\nService Technician Scheduling: Manage service orders, including scheduling/coordinating Service Technician staff using our ERP system.\nService Reports and Invoices: Process and distribute service reports and invoices.\nService Agreements: Prepare and distribute service agreements, including managing renewals.\nQuotations: Assist with preparing and following up on quotations for service contracts, spares, and consumables. Maintain the quotation log.\nSub-Contractor Coordination: Coordinate work performed by sub-contractors, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.\nSupport Team Activities: Assist the Service Support Manager and Team with day-to-day business activities.\nQualifications and Skills:\nTAFE Diploma: A relevant TAFE diploma is highly regarded but not essential.\nAdministration Experience: At least 2-4 years of administration experience, preferably in a technical environment.\nCustomer Relationship Management: Experience in managing customer relationships.\nERP System Familiarity: Knowledge of ERP systems is beneficial.\nAutonomy and Enthusiasm: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nRelationship Building: Create and maintain positive relationships with staff and customers.\nStrong Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.\nHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft applications: such as Excel and Word\nWhat we will offer in return\nAt Arjo, our vision is to be the most trusted partner in driving healthier outcomes for people facing mobility challenges.\nIn return, we recognise and value our global employees.
