Does that sound like something that moves you too?\nThis could be your opportunity to begin a challenging and rewarding career in a healthcare company that empowers movement for people with mobility challenges.\nPosition: Verification Engineer\nLocation: Komorniki (near Poznań)\nEmployment Type: Full-time\nHiring Company: ArjoHuntleigh Polska Sp. z o.o.\n\nThe Product Development & Engineering team is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial research and development through product launch and ongoing support (sustaining engineering).\nAs a Verification Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products consistently meet design inputs, regulatory requirements and applicable standards throughout the product lifecycle. You will work closely with mechanical engineers, design assurance engineers, quality engineers and external partners to plan, execute and document verification activities for new and existing products. Verification activities may include testing, engineering analyses, design reviews, inspections, comparative assessments and other appropriate methods used to demonstrate compliance with requirements.\n\nAs a Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for:\nParticipate in definition and review of system requirements to make sure they are clear, complete, and testable.\nDefine requirements based on standards and input, and ensure completeness, correctness and traceability, according to assigned task.\nSupport product risk management by verifying the effectiveness of implemented risk control measures.\nLead planning, execution and documentation of verification activities of systems, sub-systems and components to verify quality and compliance of the design, according to assigned task.\nVerify product improvements, alternative components and design solutions.\nIdentify and evaluate product improvement opportunities through testing, comparative assessments and analysis of existing products\nPerform verification analysis of change requests, trouble reports, CAPAs and claims, and plan the verification activities required for changes.\nParticipate in research and creation of new products according to assigned tasks.\nMaintain and develop verification methods and procedures including test methods, analyses and assessment approaches, as assigned.\nDesign, implement, validate and maintain test tools and equipment for verification.\nParticipate in certification activities with external certification partners, and maintain good work relations.\nIdentify and assess relevant Design-for-X considerations and provide recommendations for design improvement.\nSupport evaluation of proof-of-concept and prototype builds.\nSkills and experience you will need in this role:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology or a related technical discipline.\nExperience in verification activities of technical products.\nAbility to approach tasks and problems with a structured and outcome-oriented mindset\nGood understanding of verification methodologies, testing practices and analytical verification approaches.\nExperience with requirements management and test management tools\nAbility to interpret and work with technical standards and regulatory requirements (experience working in a regulated industry such as Medical Devices, Automotive or similar will be advantage).\nStrong planning, documentation and organizational skills.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.\nAbility to find benefits and synergies within interdisciplinary and cross-cultural team collaborations.\nAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects and assignments.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nVery good English, written and spoken.\nNice to have:\nWe believe that you have a technical background and experience from verification activities including testing, engineering analysis and other methods used to demonstrate compliance with requirements.\nYou are known to be structured, solution-oriented and curious engineer with passion for identifying technical flaws and driving improvements and working collaboratively with diverse teams.\nIn order to show compliance in a regulated industry, your knowledge in standards, verification methodologies and design control would be advantage.\nWhat we offer:\nYou will support our vision of being the most trusted partner in achieving beneficial outcomes for people facing mobility challenges.
